At JINEN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
